I'm helping one of Serge's clients who is 225 lbs. lose weight. She wants to lose 90-100 lbs. So far she's lost 30 lbs. I am going to post her before and after pictures on his website after she is done with her transformation. She has a specific health problem and so she needs to put more effort and consideration into making specific diet choices. Her husband is 190 lbs. and looks competition shape right now and we're going to post his pictures too. What is remarkable about him is that he is very patient, has a good sense of humor and is supportive. I think it makes a difference.

There are as many men who drink beer, eat chips and pizza and sit on the couch and do nothing who have the exact same problems as wives out there who are fat. Fat is not a gender specific problem. The main thing that makes a difference in whether someone is willing to make a change is their attitude. A good attitude that does not give up has more chance of being successful.

I didn't know you were a physician. 
Where did you go to school?  Do you have any specialized degrees in nutrition?

Women don't stay thin for their "man."  Women try to stay thin to impress other women.  As long as their women are splaying their slits and cooking a few meals, men will put up with a lot of shit. 
Fat women that don't realize their laziness should be cause for meekness and feelings of worthlessness are the ones that lose their men. 

Why women feel they can lose all self control, stop being agreeable, stop showing love and care, turn into disgusting manatees and then expect their men's feelings and desires to remain unchanged is beyond me. 

But, where would the dozens of top women's magazines be if there wasn't a tremendous market for telling worthless slobs that it's "not their fault."
