He is or not.
Still he trains hard and his muscle is dense because of it unlike these pussies train like gays.

Is Paco doing the NY Pro this year?  ;)

What I don't get is how someone can believe there is no such thing as overtraining, just under eating and also that always training to failure is productive for a natural...
If you insist that hard, you have a experience of real good growth no? Post some pic of you.

If you do train to the limit each and every time, and aren't on the juice, good luck making gains. You'll start heading backwards. You think lifters go to the wall each workout? Hell no. Most people stop making gains after a couple of year in the gym. You see a lot of 185 * 6 benches, 80*6 barbell curls and so forth. I hit a wall after a few years and had an opportunity to talk to Mr. Universe Bill Pearl at a seminar. He told me straight up to always leave a few reps in reserve. The last rep should feel tough, but if a gun was to your head 2 or even 3 more would be possible.

After this I went from 185 for 6 to 185 for 11 on the bench. The next year 205 for 8. The year after 215 for 9. The year after 235 for 6. It took 3 more years to get to 275 * 7 but I got there. Now my bench isn't much compared to some of the power guys on here but my point is that very few people can withstand training to the limit too often. Most won't progress.  If most people in the gym made half decent progress over 5 - 10 years of training you'd see just about everyone repping 225 *12 for sets of 4 on the bench no problem in every gym. In my gym maybe every 15th guy gets that (yes it's not a hardcore gym and most guys are natural).
How much protein do you eat?
Can you post your pic?

Kyomu, you contribute a lot to this board, but you are in danger of turning everyone against Paco like the muslim pricks on here turned everyone against Nasser with your faultless views of him that you always seem to have to tell us about

I am not worshipping anybody like Nasser worshipper.

Just I feel that many people are afraid of training with super intensity and eating tons of protein.

Why?

Cus both of them are really painful and very strong forcus required.

Its funny that many people dont agree with me and send me many  personal mails to ask how i improved my physic at the same time.

There is no secret at all. Super intense long training + mega dose of raw protein(Not powder or processed). Thats it.

I kind of agree with kyomu although this might be a bad example since evan trains at least somewhat hard. Overall it's just a difference between euro and american guys it seems. Watch a markus ruhl or ronnie rockel video for example, these guys DO push to failure too. Most americans just seem too lazy to do it  :P

Metroflex people(Ronnie, Branch...etc) seem like training hard.
I dont know well but the rest of american pros look like training like gay.

People do what they need to do to get results. Everybody claimed Paul Dillet was a "gay" trainer in your terms but the man was absolutely huge. When he tried to train heavy duty, he was losing size. Now you can claim his method of training doesn't work comparing to yours but he had the biggest shoulders, and arms in bodybuilding. You're not taking into account difference in genetics by stating everybody responds best to only your way of training.

As for Paco, he's big but looks like a disaster. From one bodypart to another he's off balance. How would he look training the way he does without the pharmacy in his bloodstream?

And according to Paco, peak contraction produce details and hardness.
If you have already owned the hard glutes, you dont have to do it.
Maybe you have hard legs and glutes than Paco.....Who knows.

Again, why are you comparing training styles , hardness, or physiques using Paco. Paco uses a huge amount of drugs to look the way he does. You're comparing apples and oranges. How would Paco look OFF training like this. If this training style is all it took everyone would do it. In the end people do what gets them results.

I have never said which training is better.
Of course, sometime we do low reps with heavy TO THE FAILURE unlike these guys.
And we take a long rest.

Dorian do low reps and train really hard. Mind focus and everything. Do you see same intensity as Dorian in these guys workout?
Intesnity isnt somehting you an always see, and sometimes when yout hink you see intensity, theres actually no intensity at all. just because dorians partner was yelling like a fool and dorian was gruntng and acting like a badass, doesnt necessarily mean that dorian was lifting with extreme intensity. its very possible that evan was lifting more intensity in this videa than dorian ever trained.
