Evan's bulked since he won the 2007 Nationals.  Hopefully he comes out with a bang at the New York Pro.

Seems like a cool ass bro as well

He hasn't competed in anything yet...let see how he deals with the big boys before we see how "cool" he is. Waiting 2 yrs to compete against the pros already shows a lack of self confidence that Heath, and company lack. Hopefully he'll he come down and produce a physique that again is worthy of a MD cover.

I think it was a good move for him...needs to add some mass in order to compete with the older pros.

Melvin Anthony had said, "If you have to take a yr off to add size to compete with the pros, then you don't deserve to compete with the pros" All the most successful pros have jumped right in. Plus plus you get name recognition. And how much size do you need to gain in 2 yrs? Ronnie Coleman is not competing. And the focus on size, sometimes effs dudes up. Just look at Trey.

If he did it to take time off, good!! I was impressed with Evan when he appeared in MD, he looked like a better version of  Bob Chick, awesome arms and legs.

I was talking about his personality, how does it matter if he hasn't competed yet ?
dude has an incredible physique, he will be a great pro. So what if he waited to have enough mass to compete ?
he should have just blown his money away to do some shows where he knew he would not place ?

Melvin is the most overrated bodybuilder in the business but Parker rides his jock because he's black. ::)

This is a pussy leg workout.

Long rest.

No real failure.

All below 12reps.

We train 10 times harder than these juice heads.

Dave. Training heavy and low reps isnt easy but train to the failure and high reps like 20-30reps is a hell.
Try it.
Plus they dont do peak contraction at the top. We do.
And needless to say, Paco carries one of the best legs in the world.
