It's not progressive if you train to failure every workout

When it comes to legs only, their leg size are quite similar.
Plus Paco has more leg detail than Ronnie.

Dave. Training heavy and low reps isnt easy but train to the failure and high reps like 20-30reps is a hell.
Try it.
Plus they dont do peak contraction at the top. We do.
And needless to say, Paco carries one of the best legs in the world.

Are you kidding me??  I have to agree with Dave in that you're really kind of full of yourself.  The whole 'peak contraction' crap......I go ass to grass and all the way up for squats...but I have NEVER done the 'peak contraction' thing with them.  Why?  I personally feel that your low back and hips get fatigued before quads do.

Because you train to lift and accomplish the reps only.

We train for the contest. So to speak, the muscle size with quality.

As a follow-up.....I am SO FUCKING tired of that 'light weight' comment.  FUCK YOU RONNIE FOR SAYING IT!!!!

As far as training for lift and not for contest....umm...I am a drug free pro.  I train for 'the contest'......trust me.  These are my legs four weeks out from a show.....does it look like I only train for the 'lift'?

havent you placed last in every event you have entered?

peak contraction would allow the muscle to rest as you are displacing some of the tension on surrounding muscles, like bench for example, stopping short of lockout keeps tension on the pecs.

Ok. Sorry. You have decent legs and prop to you.

Again,I am talking about hardness. I am not talking the capability.

And according to Paco, peak contraction produce details and hardness.
If you have already owned the hard glutes, you dont have to do it.
Maybe you have hard legs and glutes than Paco.....Who knows.

Sorry, I have competed 7 times in my life. Dead last is 3 times and 2 runner-ups.
Plus, always I competed against juicers.

Paco do that peak contraction and taught me to do it in squat movement. Are you bigger and harder than Paco?

At least Paco trains 10 times harder than these juicer who trains like pussies.
And he owns better muscle quality.

Plus Paco have never got shrink like another pros for 20yrs of his bbing career.

Maybe he got the liver and kidney of iron?

He is or not.
Still he trains hard and his muscle is dense because of it unlike these pussies train like gays.

Look at the Dorian.

Dorian trains low reps but train really hard to the failure.

Yet his muscle is dense.

How can you put the differencs in muscle density down to that after watching a short video of one training session? There are too many other variables. Genetics, type of drugs being used, amount and frequency of drug usage, other exercises, diet etc etc

Paco is not the be all and end all. Back to the original point though. You don't have to train to failure to train hard

You said "Even if you squat with 400kg with 6 reps, I dont think you train hard.". The reason you do fewer reps with "heavy" weights is because you can't do many reps... the heavier the load the harder it is.  :D
You can do lots of reps with short rests because you do easy loads. Say you do 100 reps, like you said you wanted to do, you can always do another rep. With heavier loads the failure point is way more definite i.e. you come closer to muscular failure. You never really hit failure with your light loads  :D
Why not ride the Tour de France for your leg workout Kyomu? That would be pretty damn hard and you get to do lots of "reps".  :D

Milos type training is good when you want to blow up the muscle with insulin. For true myofibrillar hypertrophy load is important. You as a natural would get more density and thickness with a pure powerlifting routine, with a little pumping thrown in.

Something to think about.  :)
