At least Paco trains 10 times harder than these juicer who trains like pussies.
And he owns better muscle quality.
Plus Paco have never got shrink like another pros for 20yrs of his bbing career.
Maybe he got the liver and kidney of iron?
Imagine that...
You said "Even if you squat with 400kg with 6 reps, I dont think you train hard.". The reason you do fewer reps with "heavy" weights is because you
can't do many reps... the heavier the load the harder it is.

You can do lots of reps with short rests because you do
easy loads. Say you do 100 reps, like you said you wanted to do, you can always do another rep. With heavier loads the failure point is way more definite i.e. you come closer to muscular failure. You never really hit failure with your light loads

Why not ride the Tour de France for your leg workout Kyomu? That would be pretty damn hard and you get to do lots of "reps".

Milos type training is good when you want to blow up the muscle with insulin. For true myofibrillar hypertrophy load is important. You as a natural would get more density and thickness with a pure powerlifting routine, with a little pumping thrown in.
Something to think about.
