i think you have to look at it both ways... doing 135 for 100 would be very,very hard but doing 495 for 12 would be just as hard. I think you can be tough either way
Yes agreed.
But these guys didnt reach a real failure with 12reps.
If you reach real failure,you cant talk for a couple of minutes.
Thats why I say they dont train hard.
Plus they dont do peak contraction.
