dude no offense but the videos i've seen of you and musclecenter are doing 20-25 reps with 245 pounds, gimme a fuccking break seriously, you're starting to get pretty full of yourself. ::)

You havent seen my leg workout since i didnt film any of it. And i have never met great musclecenter. ;D

I can do 6 full reps of 4plates each side. They are heavy but not hard.

I feel like dying when i do 2plates each side 30 reps with peak contraction.

Do you understand?

I can do 6 full reps of 4plates each side. They are heavy but not hard.

I feel like dying when i do 2plates each side 30 reps with peak contraction.

225 for 30 is a warm up for anyone who is serious, no offense.

Even if you squat with 400kg with 6 reps, I dont think you train hard.

Real hard squat is 100reps of 5 sets. I still havent done it in my life.

We train 10 times harder than these juice heads.

i agree there is a lot of rest, but you have to admit the lbs and the reps together are pretty awesome

You still count the weight.
The weight is not the matter.

Just choose the proper weight for you to get failure or limit at 17reps or something and do 30 reps with it.

i think you have to look at it both ways... doing 135 for 100 would be very,very hard but doing 495 for 12 would be just as hard. I think you can be tough either way

But these guys didnt reach a real failure with 12reps.
If you reach real failure,you cant talk for a couple of minutes.
