what do u eat to be ripped like u

i can write out what i eat if you want but i'll save the bandwidth by saying that the anabolic/bodyopus diet works wonders.  The only difference in the way i do it is that i don't do weekend reloads

I do, however, listen to my body and it will tell me when it needs to reload.

Note: I have classic ectomorph genes so staying lean isn't that hard for me
