Gene , forget spending your hard earned cash on shite like VPX , go straight to the top cubboard and get clen,eca,test prop,primo,anavar and you to will be ripped and chisled like frank..if you want to bulk chuck in some deca, test e , dbol,tren etc ..forget worthless supplements that are really just expensive piss at the end of the day..go get em tiger

so today i did some shopping

1 bottle of meltdown by vpx
vpx shotgun and synthesize
i jug of xtend grape flavor-im tryng this for the 1st time

i did some good high intensity cardio today and i felt like stopping but the image of being ripped in my mind kept me going

my abs are getting better

I had a frank-like situation in the sense someone came into my life that made me want to workout harder so i could look better
anyway, it was this hot blonde girl with nice big real tits and a tramp stamp (this was 2000 when tramp stamps weren't as popular)

anyway, long story short, i got in such good shape that i forgot about the girl and ended up an even huger narcissist/ vain asshole.

lesson to be learn- get in great shape but don't fall in love with yourself in the long run or you are destined to be a broke ass Personal Trainer/stripper/ "model" with "daddy issues"
