I was thinking of just doing some anavar at first, just to try something really mild with minimum side effects.

I am kind of worried about doing test for 3 reasons:

 1. I'm afraid of getting gyno.
 2. I'm afraid i'll lost some hair.
 3. I'm afraid i'll fuck up my natural test levels.

So I was thinking of just doing a little anavar to gain like 5 pounds of lean muscle with no side effects. Then maybe move into tst later.  I've read some stories about guys doing this and getting getting great results. And since it's so mild, they didn't even need to do PCT and had absolutely no side effects.

I'm just a noob to gear though so I might have it all wrong. I'm looking for advice.

If you're going to do gear then do it right the first time at least- 500mg of test. Keep a little nova on hand for gyno and PCT with clomid. Forget that anavar shit >:(

if your test levels drops to an 8 y old girls level it doesn't matter how much protein you consume. there wont be a high enough protein synthesis going on to absorb all the protein.

amino acids stimulate synthesis not test.

no/low protein = no/low synthesis  test or no test.

Ship, everyone is talking about 'increased libido.'  That was not my experience.  A week or two in, there was a big drop in my physical need for sex unless I was taking hcg too.

Energy, general drive, recovery, confidence, and optimism were all ups and have more to do with the potential for 'addiction' than physique benefits, coupled with the fact that coming off is psychologically rocky.

I liked anavar alone and didn't feel any sexual supression or discontinuation downside, but I was taking really low doses.  You won't even gain 5 lean lbs with it tho.

The people who say 'u wont just have 1 cycle, youll want more and more' is weak.I have cycled and gained alot, but havent bothered or felt the need to go back there again, even though i gained 20lbs.That was 5 years ago and i train even harder now and still get good results training naturally. If its gona bug u and you feel a need to see what happens then i say why not.I prefer my training now and when i reach goals its more satisfying, but people who get 'addicted' are just weak, dont belueve that for a minute
