I'm not suprised to see the "lady-boys" out en force bewailing the evils of milk.  First of all, if your not training your whole body three times per week with heavy bench presses, squats, chinups, deadlift, military presses and barbell curls, it ain't gonna work.  Reg Park, Marvin Eder, Armand Tanny all drank a gallon of milk per day.  Post their pics, look at your own pathetic pidgeon chests, and smarten up.
Are you suggesting to use those execises x3 a week? all those guys used Dball to

Drugs are just the finishing touch, the final 2%. What's really important is stuff like milk drinking and a special combination of exercises that unlocks hidden gains.
