(Mods can move this to the training forum. just posting it here for now cuz people hardly post there)I've had a nagging pain in my upper thigh, right where it meets the pelvis in the middle, for 2-3 weeks now. I can't get rid of it with foam rolling or dynamic stretching.

Any ideas on how I can get rid of it? It takes me many many warmups to get comfortable squatting. Should I lay off of squatting for a while?
