The title of this thread is 5 rep squat workout. Is there a question? What's the point of this? Not being a dick, just don't understand what the title. Are you asking what are the benefits?

I'm asking what was the point of the thread? Just to show this five rep squat workout. Two things I'm rarely wrong on. Training and Obama (the left).
Five reps are for strength.
