I'm on 750mg Test E/Week and 400mg Tren Ace/Week
I gave up on trying to diet by myself because shit was just not working so I came to the conclusion that I don't know what the fuck I'm doing. I just hired a prep coach for a 8 week prep and he's VERY VERY good. Not kidding if you see his athletes you won't believe it that's how shredded he gets them. I was going to do a 12 week prep but I decided to just save the extra 200 dollars lol. I just start his diet/cardio/training regimen today so we'll see how it goes. This is also the end of my 2nd week on Tren and I'm seeing way more vascularity, way more fullness, increase in size especially in chest,arms, shoulders, and calves. Strength is ehhhhh but overall doing very well so far! I will keep you guys updated and try to post pictures every week or 2 for updates on how lean I'm getting.
Isn't weight loss down to
(1) Progessively lowering calories (i.e. don't go into 1000 calorie deficit straight away)
(2) Using drugs + high protein diet to preserve muscle
(3) Maybe throw in a refeed once in a while
(4) Slowly add weight loss components, e.g. first, diet only. Then add cardio. Then add ECA. Then add Clen + T3. Then add DNP.
(5) Using GH (if you can afford it) to stay leaner in the off season, help in fat loss, and preserve muscle while dieting
(6) MOST IMPT: Massive willpower to follow it through
Am I right?
