ectos dont eat for 3 hours and lose like 5 pounds lol


I lost like 40 pounds in 8 weeks then stopped losing weight it was because of the crash diet. I went from 225 all the way to like 178-180 and then the weight loss stopped

I'm on 750mg Test E/Week and 400mg Tren Ace/Week

I gave up on trying to diet by myself because shit was just not working so I came to the conclusion that I don't know what the fuck I'm doing. I just hired a prep coach for a 8 week prep and he's VERY VERY good. Not kidding if you see his athletes you won't believe it that's how shredded he gets them. I was going to do a 12 week prep but I decided to just save the extra 200 dollars lol. I just start his diet/cardio/training regimen today so we'll see how it goes. This is also the end of my 2nd week on Tren and I'm seeing way more vascularity, way more fullness, increase in size especially in chest,arms, shoulders, and calves. Strength is ehhhhh but overall doing very well so far! I will keep you guys updated and try to post pictures every week or 2 for updates on how lean I'm getting.

Isn't weight loss down to
(1) Progessively lowering calories (i.e. don't go into 1000 calorie deficit straight away)
(2) Using drugs + high protein diet to preserve muscle
(3) Maybe throw in a refeed once in a while
(4) Slowly add weight loss components, e.g. first, diet only. Then add cardio. Then add ECA. Then add Clen + T3. Then add DNP.
(5) Using GH (if you can afford it) to stay leaner in the off season, help in fat loss, and preserve muscle while dieting
(6) MOST IMPT: Massive willpower to follow it through

Am I right?

I've heard that coaches who like DNP use it at the beginning of prep instead of at the end to spare muscle. Then drop it and switch to T3, clen, etc...

That's what most guys i know do.

Pretty accurate post by equipoise.

The hardest part of getting lean is the diet IMO.  I've seen so many people get towards to last few weeks and just give up.

If you want to look lean, you need to have a serious diet.

Kev man you look great brother! Don't let a few BF% levels get you down! you could say you were 8-9%BF and I seriously doubt anybody would call you out on that! just don't get too obsessed! I spent a year in my room and hours at the gym chasing a dream I knew would likely never happen. I'm not saying that's what your doing but some of your thinking is unhealthy
Like I said you look great and you will get down there this is a slow process. especially if done correctly. but coming from me you look great and I don't give out tons of compliments!

kev is so young my opinion mayb tighten up for a few months in the summer but spend next few years gaining size and mass I wish I did that young

I used GW-50516 last summer and that did me quite well.  After a while, it seemed to give me a feeling of hypoglycemia every now and then.  Nothing that an extra scoop of peanut butter didn't quell.

fuck it  I will go keto on DNP Ill see what its all about. I have meds that will lower my temp if really needed. I like experiemnting I wouldn't do this at 19-20 years old but I am a little older I bet I get ripped within a 7-10 days and can stop by that point I can just control calorie intake and use some REAL Anandrol to put on clean size.Hell even NPP. .

Thanks guys! I just want to push myself as far as I can go and want to get started and push myself while I'm young so I can have a better advantage than other guys. My prep is going good so far I'll keep you guys updated

you completely fucked it up by crash dieting in the first place.
you should know better.

you cant just drop to 1000 kcals. you will ALWAYS stall eventually. if you stall on 1000kcals theres fuck all you can do anymore.
shouldve at least had an epic 10.000kcal cheat day once a week.

you fucked up. deal with it. your metabolism is dead. revive it, increase kcals to normal levels, accept fat and water gain, then try again WITHOUT crash dieting.

you could also add t3 right now but t3 on a 1000kcal diet? good luck with that. youll end up a stringbean.
Nevermind the t3 burning off more muscle. How about learning.some basics about diet in general. How to cut, how to bult.Bult not meaning get fag and shit. And when i say cut, i mean lean out on diet and cardio. Not clen t3 and dmp. Jus like training too early on thr gear is silly getting on gear before u have a diet plan that works FOR YOU in place is equally dumb.

I'm on a diet plan now. Everyone's made mistakes including you when it comes to using hear and dieting. I dropped the T3, got a coach for prep, and learned from my mistakes and I'm glad I did all this trial and error at a young age so now I have a better advantage than other guys who started in their 20's.

Cycling tren and playing with good calories is the most easy way to stay lean year round and keep growing
Like 400/week then 600 then 1200 then 400 then 200 for some time then blast 1400/week and so on

Dnp flattens the muslce you don't lose muscle....lol
Some carb reffed for a week and you are gtg with full muscle bellies
More tren less food, less tren less food, then more tren more food
T3 not really needed
Clen always in injetie and oral both...lol
