30oz water - soon as i wake up
2 cups of liquid egg whites (drink them)
24 OZ hot coffee (always 7-11 coffee)
get to gym by 615am
cardio for 30 minutes 615am to 645am
stretch from 645am to 7am
2 tablespoons natty peanut butter before training
train for an hour 7am to 8pm
whey shake, bcaa, cretatine post work out followed by 30 oz more water too at 8am
