Not that it matters, but this link has the entire speech where he makes it clear he meant Iraqi forces. Go to the 4min mark and watch about 2 minutes of it. Even the most avid Obama hater would be dishonest if they still claimed he intended ISIL. And before you have a baby about the link to snopes, ignore everything that is written and just watch the video

We know that Obama couldn't string together a coherent sentence without his teleprompter.  He clearly had a dyslexic moment and mistook "Iraqi" for "ISIL".

It was an honest mistake and could have happened to anyone who was talking about something they knew nothing about, except for what they were reading on the teleprompter.  Give the guy a break.
