Agree on the tanning, if I'm in a part of the world where the climate isn't sunny and warm then I'll tan once a week to keep a little color.
Ive drastically lowered the wieght i used on front and reg squats, also added a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep.....jacked reps up to 12-15 every set too....way better workout and gains. I want to front squat 3 plates a side for 12 reps before the year is out.
Oh gone unilateral on the leg press too,,,much preffer it.
Interesting, I've kind of done the opposite, I'll go heavy low reps for squats (6-8) rep range, but high rep on leg extensions, hamstring curls, and abductor exercises (no homo).
