HavenBull...now that was funny!
CQFD might have a case of nerve damage which can form a parntership with tendinitis. Inflammation can be a major clue to a nerve injury. Before any surgery (the last resort) you may want to consider a sports massage, Rolfing and other forms of medical deep tissue massage. Some of the Asian style massages (Shiatsu for example, as well as some Yoga methods) can work very well. A few of my athlete friend hold acupuncture in high regard. Deep injections, with very long needles, are not lasting and may only mask the problem for a short period. Ice/heat are only short range solutions.
I wonder if you pain starts when you grip a bar or when you do an actual direct bicep curl?
In your training you might consided exercises that do not affect the biceps directly. Like rows, upright rows, pulldowns, cable work, etc.. I would not even consider doing any direct triceps work either for awhile, also. Those heavy compound exercise can work the bicep/triceps quite well in a indirect way.
In any event if the above suggestions do not work well for you than the last option may be corrective surgery. In the U.S. it's quite a common operation, takes little time and the recovery period can be somewhat short. Good Luck.
