hey guys I'm thinking about gooing from a 2on/1off to a five day split... you guys are going to laugh but the main reason is the NFL season is starting. and if I train 2on/1 off about 80% I would train on sundays. I've always trained everything once a week. but I train like Johnnie jackson. more of a powerbuil.ding style. were i go heavy as hellthis is wat i was thinking about mon chest/abstu qyads/hamswed shoulders/calvesthu back and trapsfri armswhat do you guys think??thx for any replies
