I work 3 days a week very long hours but worth the 4 days off. I was looking at these portable steppers to use at work. Anyone have one or tried them. I agree with ya but I am in an office for 13.5 hours a day and cant leave. I do jump rope and dumbell squats. Just trying to switch it up.
