what are your goals? are you powerlifting?

a squat suit is used for max attempts and competition lifts. not something you want to train in for reps.

I agree definetely only for max attempts , plus your form has to be really tight before even attempting to use one . If you don't belive it , just try putting one on and squatting , its wild lol.
