Yall are trippin...... Phill looks amazing. Its crazy he stays that lean knowing his genetics are so good. I would eat!!! Jay cutler  does the same thing. They stay great shape year round and stilll make awesome gains.

Phil bud, you look great. I was very impressed with the size you have put on when i say you in Vegas. Guys you will be shocked when Phil walks on the Arnold stage 10lbs bigger than his shows this year and make a HUGE impact!

To look that good, totally in offseason mode is alot better than most pros.  One look at his pics from the Colorado and New York shows will prove what all the hype is about.  Next Mr. O IMO.

    I was at the Southeastern and Phil looks even bigger and harder in person. The audience loved him in Orlando and he is very focused on the upcoming ASC.

   Phil -it was great meeting you and Jenny in Orlando -hope you guys had a safe trip home .

so I am flying back to NY and reading Flex mag,  I see Phil doing back day with Jay.  I am thinking to myself that nothing good can come from this partnership. I know that Phil views Jay as a mentor but does he have to emulate his mid section also?

Funny, but I plan on maintaining what got me here which was presenting a physique with good lines and quality mass and hard conditioning. Jay has been a great mentor, but more importantly even better friend throughout my short career and I can honestly say that he wants me too succeed more than many others do.
