I never rate Phil at all in his offseason shape. By looking at him at guest posings you'd never think it'd be possible for him to look the way he did at the Denver show this year.

Phil's physique really comes to light when he is shredded. He doesn't even look like much of a second tier pro in the offseason (as far as offseason pro looks go).

His only real fault in competition shape is his narrow torso. Its kinda annoying because hed be almost perfect if his structure was wider.

Good thing the ASC isn't anytime soon. He looks huge though. I see he's added some size. Can't wait until it's revealed in March.

His arms still look ridiculous in the side triceps shots. And even if his stomach looks a little smooth, at least it doesn't look crazy bloated like some guys offseason (or on-season for that matter).

Not trying to be negative. But there is no way that Phil is going to be Mr.O anytime in the near future. He looks great, has beautiful lines, symmetry, and asthetics, but he's just not there yet.

Looks like he is putting on too much size too fast, I hope he slows down, and just let his body progress natrually. Putting on size to fast makes the belly fat awfully quick, and I would hate to see the gift looking like he has a gift in the oven on stage.

You have incredible genetics, but the changes you need to make are going to take 1 year for your upper body and 2 years for your lower body! And back - probably 3.

Phil doesn't always eat clean. He's even had McDonalds during his diet. Besides if he did your diet he may be lean but he'd weigh about 190lbs.
