he dosent...He has said it. He dosent train real heavy nor does he do power building. He stated he isnt a power lifter he is more worried about blood volume. Thats why he does all that rest pause shit. And when i say he dosent train heavy im comparing him to his peers. For an average human he moves a lot of weight.

Probably not leg press...I saw him sweatin' bullets huffin n puffin like a 80yr old with 4 wheels on each side of leg press!  Could have been his 40th set, dunno.  True story, no flames, i'm a Cutler fan, i'm glad Jay is Mr.O and I think he's bad ass...hope this helps... ;)

The guy weighs 270 ripped. Who gives a shit what he lifts. Say what you want about Cutler. He has had no tears. While guys like Doz and now Ronnie have tears all over. I wonder if Ronnie would trade those big lifts to not have a torn lat/tri/lower right quad. All his big weights did was shorten his career. The guy would have been a monster regardless.

in the muscletech training vider he says that he is a blood volume trainer. Me may get the feeling one day and go hella heavy, but i know its not part of his normal training. He was interviewed by some corny dude that MC'ed the whole muscletech training video. Weapons of Mass proportions....i think that was the name of it.,

Or maybe he can trade one of his 8 olympias...What a short career ::)

i would say at some point in his career he must have lifted heavy ass weights.his stats on the muscletech website might be true.he does not train that heavy these days but he must have lifted heavy weights sometime in his career..i bet he has squatted 700lbs for 1 rep,deadlifted675lbs for 3 reps and benched about 550lbs for 1 rep.i do believe every word of it..

I did not say he had a short career. I said it shortended his career. If he had zero tears he would have dominated once again this year and for years to come. learn how to read douche bag ::)

It is the equivalent to running an engine full blast opposed to only what is needed to get the job done. It may be fine for a time but at the end it will have more wear. Ronnie would have won 8 Olympis if he benched/squated/deadlifted a bit less weight. Like his ultra heavy training was the ONLY key to his wins ::) Pretty sure adding 5 reps and decresing weights wouldent make a massive change in that mutant.

At his size Cutler looks like he could bench press 600 lbs or more. If an average person asks him what his bench is and he said 700 they would most likely believe him. Of course he doesn't go that heavy in training but it gives an illusion to those who aren't familiar with him or bodybuilding for that matter.

yeah i believe all of that also. Nothing out of the ordinary. I swear to God i squatted 405 for 2 reps in high school 10th grade. My back was all messed up afterwards. So its no reason why jay couldnt do those numbers. Now duvall even though he is one huge mofo and trains like a beast....600+ military seems absurd. but who knows maybe he can do it.

If cutler can incline 405 for reps no prob, I am sure he can over 600 on the squat with those quads. Not to mention he is about 5'9 so that would help.

Jay might be super strong but his top weights are warmups for Ronnie. The idea that Ronnie should train lighter is the ramblings of a misinformed person.Ronnie lifts heavy because he likes it.He has no interest in blood volume,he wants to lift big weights. He would loose interest if he tried to train like Jay.I tell you what, when Jay wins 8 in a row, then claim Jays way is better.

I could give a f*ck less what he lifts.  I like Jay and was just quoting what I saw... ;)

i somewhat agree with you..they both have different training styles..you can't say one guy is better than the other.they both are awesome in their own ways..and yes talking about jays lift being warm-ups for coleman...erm just wake up man..jay did incline bench 405lbs for few reps in his video NIAB and ronnie did the same in COR for his final set at a heavier body weight that jay in that video.. i would say ronnie was 10-20lbs heavier than jay was in his video..so go fig
