There is a lot more to it than that....If you ever competed, you would have a better understanding that it's a lot tougher than you think to come in 100% on game day...you can be flat, holding water, over/ under-carbed, over-dehydrated, etc...
This gets compounded with each level that you achieve, as the physiques get better and have less flaws.
