bigbobs, now thats a nice part, trained by nasser.

No doubt training with the uncrowned mr o is something not many can say.

Personally, id rather train with a crowned mr o
Yes Dorian would be a good choice..

Oh and drug advice from Milos..after all Nassor stole Milos diarys and then tryed to pass the information as his own  ::)

I'd rather train with Kevin Levrone
multiple time uncrowned Mr. O

btw bobs, i seriously expected a picture of nasser confirming he still is 300 lbs with abs  ;D

I can only imagine the "gay" accusations I'd get if I took a topless pic of Nasser  ;D

after all Nassor stole Milos diarys and then tryed to pass the information as his own  ::)

Well if only Milos "own" diary would help him crack the top 6 at the Olympia for even just one year, like Nasser did for 6 consecutive years ;)

It was Milos drug advice that got nassoil there, that and gallons of oil into lagging muscles

You missed my point.  If Milos' advice got Nasser where he was, why couldn't it get Milos close to being "there" as well?  ::)

Different type of builds and genetics

Nassor came at a time when freakish mass was rewarded..if classical type builds were being rewarded milos would of been up there..

You are trying to turn it away from what I said..Nassor is a theif and without stealing and milking milos for free advice he would of placed out of the top 6.

Some more pics from Mexico.  Here we're both wearing Weider jackets (XXXL) given to Nasser personally by Joe.  Nasser spoke VERY highly of Joe Weider and has a lot of respect for him.  In contrast, he is not a fan of Wayne DeMilia or Steve W., and those are two which would at times influence contest placings.  Nasser also spoke highly of Ronnie Coleman.

Even though that was a cheap taco stand it had probably the best tacos I've ever tasted :P

Most of that money would of gone on food and drugs to "maintain" during the year..Contest prep drug/diet would of been huge..
He leeches from his parents and at the time his wife who he also used to beat to a pulp.

The biggest identity in this sport put him in his place and snubbed him and basicly said you are not welcome here on stage with these other real champions.(Arnold)
He is a has been and your obbsession with him is very strange , how much did he charge you to "visit him"...

OT Here did you close your dairy while worshiping nassoil or did your relatives keep it running for you?

That's a fucking lie.

Yes sir, and a few girls gave him their numbers that night.  A few fans also approached and praised him.  People can be negative online, but in person I witnessed many approaching him with respectful words, especially at the gyms but sometimes even randomly at other places.  While we were working out one fan was simply walking by the gym with his girlfriend and after seeing Nasser through the window he turned around and came in to chat and introduce his girlfriend to Nasser.  He said to his girlfriend, "this is the guy I was showing you in that workout video!"

haha, yeah "WillGrant" seems to think that the Governor is reading interviews on bodybuilding.com and thinking, "should I tell my staff not to invite Nasser?"  ::)

For the record, the promotional posters for last year's AC did include Nasser was one of the previous winners who would be in attendence.

Exactly.

Each time we trained he picked an isolation movement first to pre-exhaust.  For example, for biceps we did preacher machine curls first, for chest we did cable crossovers first, cable side laterals for delts, etc.  Each bodypart consisted of 3-4 exercises for 2-4 sets each.  He believes in training heavy but not unncessarily heavy that you can risk injury, and therefore he will sacrifice "heavy training" somewhat to first pre-exhaust the muscle and also to keep rest time low between sets.  Normally I rest 2-3 minutes between sets, even for small bodyparts, so I found it hard to keep up as his rest time was more like 45-60 seconds per set for most exercises, and perhaps up to 90 seconds for the few heavy compound exercises.  He also advocates the occasional use of super-sets.

That reminds me, we also talked about the bench press competition where he did 15 reps for 225 lbs and got questioned a lot on the boards as to why he could not or did not lift more.  He actually did not even want to do the competition but was chosen by the Weider camp and was told it was mandatory for him as it was really a competition between Muscletech vs. Weider athletes.  I am guessing he was chosen since he is one of the bigger/stronger Weider guys who was not competing at the Olympia that year.  He then defiantly decided that he would just go and do 10 reps and take off.  When the time came, he went ahead and did 15 comfortable reps instead before deciding it's enough.  That was nowhere near an actual maximum performance with 225 for Nasser.  Matt Duvall tore his chest a few weeks before the contest while he was practing for it, and Nasser did not want to risk any injury like that, and really doesn't care how much he benches as opposed to how he looks.

Here he was super-setting dumbell press - first a set on a flat bench and then on an incline bench with no rest in between, after pre-exhausting with cable crossovers.  Second pic is doing rear delt laterals while resting the chest on an incline bench for stricter form.

thanks for the pics, good to see recent pics of nasser!
meet nasser several time at fibo (germany), he was friendly, always smiling, huge, a neck like a gorilla and definitely the most approachable pro in the expo, always take time to speak with people, and had a deep impression of "openminded" and real intelligence in his eye .
and had a strange power to remember and recognize fan years after years.

I knew Nasser lifted heavy but I never figured he relied on pre-exhaustion to that degree.

His genetics and build look more like a powerlifter than a bodybuilder persay.

If he'd have gone strictly for strength there's no telling what he could have done.

You waste alot of energy in pre-exhaustion exercises......he might have gotten bigger if he'd have focused more on pyramiding the weights.

Stupidest post of the year ...

I always used preexhaustion after I learned from one of the best : Ron Love

preexhaustion helps you stimulate better the muscle you target, exhausting it before the helping muscle groups fail ..

For example when training chest :

an isolation move first exhausts the chest a bit then when you do benchpresses, you chest fails BEFORE your delts and tricep

considering that bench is 50 % tricep, 25 % front delt and 25 % chest, you always bench according to triceps and Front delts ...

When pyramiding benchpress as your first exercise : you get a great triceps workout ..no 1

excellent front delt, and some chest

THE PYRAMID AND HEAVIER IS BETTER MENTALLITY HAS TO GO. aLSO THE MORE TEST AND MEGADOSING HAS TO GO TOO.

I suppose it depends on what you're going for........"sevastase".

I don't know what country you're from but when you bragged about your "American sources" I had to have a laugh.....

I guarantee I've got better connections from your native country than you do, not to mention the American ones.

Don't try to tell a personal trainer how to lift........or a veteran Mod about your "connections".

Nasser has better genetics for powerliftinf, fuck bodybuilding..........as far as your asinine "megadosing" comment.......start hanging out on my forum instead of the Gossip, bitch, so I can delete your shit, son.

Have your meltdown now, "sevastase".......   ;D

You prove that you are both dumb and ignorant .

LET me explain

personal trainer ?  :D

you are fucking FAT ! who would hire a fat fuck to tech him / her how to lose weight ???

veteran mod ?

don't know who made you a mod on a steroid forum but you are almost clueless and give bad advice .. seriously

you have better connections in Romania than I do ???? and you don't even know I'm in Romania ??

this alone spells retard. You don't have shit in romania as I know what's going around here and you don't ...

This argument is pointless as I don't even consider you a knowledgeable lifter let alone a drug mod .. jesus .. post that pic on the beach again mr olampia :))

Bob, plain and simple, you are as gay as the day is long. I have never seen another man so "giddy" over another man. I can understand if you are a fan, but staying and living with the man while you are an adult with a real time profession is very creepy. You're not even the same race. What do you have in common with him except your sexual desire. Very odd and creepy. Let me guess, you have no girlfriend, and Nasser posters all over your wall.

Yes, he only feeds her the best of lean meats and just some dog food.  Her favourite is roast beef, and he she also gets lost of mesquite turkey and steak.  Once he was inquiring on a specific brand of roast beef which he knew Sato likes the most, and after the clerk spent some time searching for it he mentioned that it was for his dog lol...he got a very surprised look from her!

BWHAHAHAHHAHAHHA Nasser owned that clerk  ;D

haha, I guess winning the second and third largest bodybuilding shows, getting runner up at the biggest show, and earning and saving enough during his competitive years to now be financially independent is considered being a "failure"  ::)

Some more shots from Urban Body gym :)

It is better not 2 answer these shitty kids man.. They r just jealous.. They have no minds to explain to them.. Let them say whatever they want,.. who cares??..
