You waste alot of energy in pre-exhaustion exercises......he might have gotten bigger if he'd have focused more on pyramiding the weights.
I'm pretty sure a top tier pro like Nasser knows what type of training worked best for himself

Also, I don't think he ALWAYS used pre-exhaustion, but he did use it quite often.
It is better not 2 answer these shitty kids man.. They r just jealous.. They have no minds to explain to them.. Let them say whatever they want,.. who cares??.. If anyone of these nitwits took one pic wth any 2nd or even 3rd level pro. he would post it here with a big proud.. But when they see u spending a whole week or so with one of bb legends they just say "why r u posting this,.. who cares"!!!.. Let them die with their stupidity..
Looks like you have learned the getbig way

Bob's these are great pictures, please keep them coming. One question, what kind of camera did you have, and how often did you stop and take pictures, did it seem weird to take pics like every 10 minutes?

It's a Canon Powershot.
great thread thanks for the esprit de corps. but, come mon...the pic with the champ leaning on the granite bar...u know he was wearing gym shorts for crying out loud.
He actually was wearing jeans that day! The counter hides it

When you're that large it's hard to find "normal" clothes that fit well. Even with jeans, if he wears something that fits his waist, it will be too small for his legs, and if he wears a size that fits his legs, it will be too loose on the waist.
god thread.
bob did big nasser mention his book ?
Yes, he's working on it but slow and steady..he doesnt seem to be in any hurry. It will probably be done sometime in the middle of next year I would guess, but I didn't ask him for an actual estimated date of completion.
