Just got off the phone with Nasser, okay...not just now but yesterday evening, except I wasn't on my computer until now (the next day)

Yesterday Nasser went to San Juan Capistrano (a city in Orange County, CA) which is about an hour and 15 minutes north of San Diego.  There he visited his friend Mike, who is a succesful manager at 24-hour Fitness, wen to a local Mexican restaurant, 24 hour Fitness Laguna Niguel, and of course McDonald's.

Did you even skim the thread?  He has not had a job since he was about 26 years of age, and never will either.  He made a fair bit during his pro-bb career, mainly through appearances, photo sales, contest prize money, and his Weider contract; as well as through some smart real estate decisions.  He did not blow his money like Flex Wheeler and instead invested it - more recently into commercial real estate, such that his investment income is sufficient for him to maintain his current lifestyle.

Commercial Real Estate?  So Nasser is planning on getting a job soon then?  Commercial real estate is the next thing to go in this country.
