What does ''spillover'' mean? i hear it a lot and never get wtf it means.
From the above pics, to Me You look like a man in great shape. Contest ready for a pro show? Well I don't see the detail that X amount of weeks of dieting should bring you. Where are your serratus muscles? I respect you for being a good bodybuilder, but even you must admit that you weren't contest ready to stand along Priest, Frey or Sammi. At least now you have this show under your belt and know how you must improve to make a mark for your self in the PDI. Good Luck at your next show and never give up.
Well, I think EVERYTHING NEEDS WORK.
Hey bro, I'm curious and I could be wrong, but my guess from looking at the pics is that you started aldactone a few days before ths pics were taken.

"Spillover" is a bodybuilder's excuse when he's not in shape and/or his last minutes mirciale drugs didn't work. When you prepare properly, there's no such things as "spillover."You will never hear, Jay, Ronnie, Shawn, Dorian ever use the word "spillover."
No, they were testing for that. I was using taraxatone/denadelion root.... Then I dropped a demedex friday afternoon, and half a demeadex friday evening. But I think you are on the right track, it was def. a problem. But How?Toolarge4 you: you are on the right [path also, I apreciate your input.
I'm still trying to figure this out..I look flat friday afternnon, then look toatlly spilled over by sat 2:00 pm....Just a timeing issue?
