It goes without saying that all those who competed in the Mr. Getbig will be sent invitations to do the Avidan.  If Phouney 'Whateva' Phouvent is a true champion, he knows that just like the Mr. O not doing the Arnold, that he will not be sent an invitation. That and I dont like him. Mr. Hutch, his bestfreind on the boards will be invited, but I doubt he will post pics, because its not the same rush you get from standing onstage in a thong.

Backday;  Do you train legs?  If you do you should think about a double split, doing legs twice a week.  1 session go heavy, 1 go for reps.  If you leg's responded like your upper body, than you'd probably win.  That's the only glaring weakness I see. The rest looks good.
