Abdulsamad (65Kg Champion) deserved to win last year as well but I think they didn’t give it to him cause the 2007 world championship was not going to be held in Brazil (the tender was between Brazil and Korea in the IFBB Congress in Shanghai) so they gave the win to Brazil (Santos)

(70KG) Where is Igor??

Yousri (75KG Champion) looked bad last year but I heard a lot of compliment about him before I met him (I got disappointed when I saw him on stage) but this year he nailed it

Sitthi (80KG Champion) congrats fellow Asian for the 2nd win in a row (this medal was held by Africans for a long time)

Kamal (85KG Champion) I still think it could have gone either way between Kamal and Ahmed … disregarding that I helped Ahmed in his prep … Ahmed look much bigger and had a better structure symmetry. Anyway next year it will be a different story.

Ahmed Hamouda (Over 100KG) he was arrested for a while and I thought he couldn’t make it but he did. Although he had shown up with better condition.

Ali Tabrizi (Overall) I think the best comment is “NO COMMENT”

An honest observation from me is that the power in the amateurs has switched from the USA, i think the nationals class winners would have struggled to make top 3 in most classes, no doubt Phil Heath would still have been right in the mix though but hes an excpetion in the last 5 years across the board the us amateurs and pro card winners quality are right down at the moment.

yet all those drug users are in the NPC Nationals, while everyone in the IFBB Worlds are 3 years drug free!

I don't think the Team Universe winners are truly drug free, and look where they placed in the Worlds.
