I am doing MAx-ot and getting good results.
HIT has worked for me but I felt I needed a change after HST (which i tried first) I thought of MAx OT.
The results are good as with any change in Traing generally, but what I have noticed most is the strength gains.
I just wondered if there were differing scientific explanations thats all, but I have to admit I am yet to finish reading the entire protocol.
