how does he bench that much after having a pec tear?     i had surgery on mine a little over a year ago and i'm now back to just being able to bench on a smith machine 135.     has anyone else ripped there pec and got there strength back or at least close to it.

thought so.... people do it to dry out their skin.... but ive never heard of anyone doing it b4 they work oout...maybe ppost shower or b4 you go t bed... strange

Unbelievable and no lifting shirt.  :o :o  His shoulders and arms are amongst the best ever in history.  If his chest and back could have equaled his limbs he would have easily beaten Yates.  He had it all, but never quite brought it at the Mr. Olympia to his full potential.

My training partner tore his pec and is way stronger than he was prior to tearing it. Mon he went 315lbs flat barbell for 6 .  Just stick with it bro, find the best PT you can get and youll be back in no time.
