milos,
the fact the you even bother to entertain that nonsense is unreal. some people don't understand the benefits of having pros on the boards and being able to talk with them. there are the people that want to learn from those that have great builds on how they got them. sometimes there are people who "workout" and have nothing to show for it and want to "play" on these boards to feel part of something, same way they "play" in the gym and just take up space.

Pedja Vuckovic iz Extrema je upoznat o svemu (tada smo se i upoznali) i moci ce ti reci istinu...

Ja sam sa Jovom saradjivao godinama i UVEK se odazvao na pozive - BESPLATNO...
Jednom mi je Jova platio avionsku kartu koliko se secam...ali NIKADA nisam naplatio ni za jedan nastup u Jugoslaviji...

Iako svi misle na biznis - za mene to nije bilo vazno a i dan danas bih sve uradio za nase ljude - BEZ NOVCANE NAGRADE...

Nakon nekoliko nastupa kod nas Jova me je zamolio ako mogu da mu pomognem i dovedem nekog stranca sa vrha...
On je pitao nekolicinu profesionalaca i oni su mu rekli cenu - otprilike 10 hiljada dolara...(Mogu ti reci i imena)...

Ja sam mu rekao da moj dobar prjatelj Denis Dzejms bi dosao za relativno jevtine pare - placen put i 2500 hiljade dolara.
Jova se slozio i poslao mi potvrdu faxom.
Na iznenadjenje u faxu je pisalo da Denis trazi 3500 sto nije bilo tacno...
Kada sam upitao Jovu o cemu je rec - on mi je rekao da time trazi malo vise od GRADA (nesecam se od koje je ustanove dobijao novcanu pomoc za to takmicenje) ali time je hteo da dobije jos neke pare koje bi iskoristio za njegove potrebe...

Ja se u to nisam zeleo mesati i kao prijatelju nisam mu hteo otezati situaciju nego samo pomoci...

Denis je trazio od mene da potpise ugovor sa Jovom - ali sam mu ja rekao - Denise, ovo nije Amerika...Kod nas su posteni ljudi i kad mi nesto kazemo - to u grob sa nama nosimo...
Rukovanje je isto kao i ugovor....

Denis se slozio - kada ja vec to tako kazem...

Sledece - trazio je da mu kupimo avionsku kartu...ali Jova me je zamolio da kazem Denisu da on kupi - pa da ce mu on to vratiti kad se vidimo u Beogradu...
Denis je kupio kartu...

Kad smo dosli u Beograd - nekoicina ljudi me je upozorilo da Jova verovatno nema para za Denisa...i ja sam morao da ga pitam da li je to istina.

Po prvi put - DAN PRE TAKMICENJA Jova mi je rekao - znas sta Misko - situacija je ovde teska i ja se borim da te pare nadjem...

Odmah sam ga pitao sta se desilo sa tih 3500 koje si vec dobio ZA DENISOV NASTUP?

On je onda opet poceo da zavrce pricu - i ja sam mu rekao da me slucajno ne osramoti - nego UKOLIKO NEMA PARA ja bih Denisu to rekao tako da on sam odluci sta ce uraditi...

Tada je po prvi put rekao da NEMA PARA...

Mi smo se dogovorili da cemo se obojica ipak pojaviti na takmicenju i pozdraviti pubilku - ali da nijedan od nas nece nastupiti...
Denisu je Jova platio za hotel (1 ili 2 dana...nisam sada siguran...) A JA SAM DENISU OD MOJIH PARA PLATIO ZA AVIONSKU KARTU!

Takodje sam rekao Jovi da ubuduce jedino treba da je uvek iskren i da mi unapred kaze I JA CU TO SHVATITI...i podrzati ga u svakoj situaciji - jer smo mi ipak prijatelji (kucni prijatelji koji smo se druzili nekoliko godina)...
Nazalost situacija je takva kakva je i rekao sam mu da Denis NECE POZIRATI jer on je ipak profesionalac koji zaradjuje za odredjeni posao...
Ukoliko za posao nece biti placen - nece ga unapred uraditi znajuci da nece biti za to nadoknadjen...

Jova se slozio sa time i mi smo samo trebali da budemo najavljeni kao gosti takmicenja - i on je na bini trebao da objavi da mi NECEMO POZIRATI ali cemo se slikati i druziti sa svim ljubiteljima bodibildinga...

Na opste zaprepascenje i mene i Denisa - Jova je izasao na binu i najavio nas...i rekao publici -POSLE CE VAM OVA DVA SAMPIONA POKAZATI NA BINI STA ONI IMAJU...U smislu - najavio je da cemo obojica pozirati!!! Nakon sto smo se dogovorili TACNO sta ce od svega biti...

Ja sam zbog toga morao da izadjem na binu i najavim publici Denisovu odluku...i na tome se sve trebalo zavrsiti.

Medjutim - nije se na tome zavrsilo.
Jova je na organizovanoj veceri posle takmicenja (na koju mi nismo isli) javno rekao svima kako smo se mi izuzetno nekorektno poneli i da smo obojica zahtevali da nam on da jos mnogo vise para nego sto smo to mi po ugovoru trebali da dobijemo.
On je KAKO KAZE tada odlucio da stane nogom na zemlju i da nam obojici u lice kaze - da "dosta je dosta" i da nam on NECE DATI TRAZENE PARE...

U sutrasnjim novinama TAKODJE je izasla njegova izjava slicna tome - kako smo obojica prakticno kriminalci koji smo hteli da iskoristimo priliku i opljackamo nas jadni narod...

TO JE CELA PRICA!

Neko kome sam pomagao godinama i koji je ispao totalno nekorektan a kome sam to oprostio i razumeo ga u teskoj situaciji - umesto da uradi pravu stvar - on je sve napravio jos deset puta gore...

Tako da recimo ti koji si me mozda postovao i smatrao pravilnom osobom (koji ja sigurno jesam) zbog tih prica si pomislio da sam ja uobrazeni lopov koji iskoristava iskrene ljude...
Ako si ti to pomislio - zamisli koliko drugih ima isto takvo misljenje...a nemaju pojma o cemu se tu radilo...

Druga prica je i Petar Celik - koji mi je uradio jos goru stvar...ali to nije za ovaj board...

That double bicep shot was taken 1997 when I was not even aware that Synthol exist...
That is MY BICEPS without any oil...(Esiclene was in fashion those days

Now - when I did use "little help" from my rich uncle in Saudi Arabia oil factory - I got my arms to 22 and a half inches (

) and it looked like this in the beginning...until I screwed it up later...

Training the arms might help why do any of these guys think Synthol is the answer it looks like SHIT.Please look in the mirror.Train, it's harder but looks a lot better.

Actually SOME TIMES this ratio works and does wonders...

If you reallyhave to do "catching up" (you are way behind and need to get lean quick) - this could be very good ratio...

Only thing with all that protein it would be hard to have just 5% fat (as there is way more hidden fat in most of the animal source proteins...)

Milos, 5% of total calories coming from fat for a natural bodybuilder would be horrific and testosterone levels would go down into the shitter. If you are on steroids, yes, it can work, but for a natural, no.

proof that it's genetics that matter, not that Milos' training is superior to others. His legs are great because of genetics. If he trained them like any decent bb they would still be great. He has mediocre arms for a pro again because of genetics. He doesn't have superior knowledge on training/ nutrition over the rest of the pros.

I love people like to act like are some how better than Milos. Milos Sarcev had and still has an awesome build, for sure one of my all time favorites. Anyone who cares how big his arms are or what he chose to do with them is simply jealous that they won't even obtain a fraction of the look that he has.

That's right, genetics are very important. Mishko, I still say we must be related waaay back over in Eastern Europe somewhere. Note the legs that are way better than the arms.
