ron looks good everywhere except arms and abs.  Unfortunately arms carry big weight in bodybuilding in terms of looks.

id rather hear the advice of someone not so genetically blessed with arms rather than someone

what's amazing is milos contest history in a decade he competed so much he never was out of shape,big bulking probably never worked for him.

Milos, takva vrsta pederluka sa tobom i denisom u srbiji samo se moze desiti sa nasim ljudima.  mozda si previse dugo ovde i zaboravio si kako podli i koliki lazovi "nasi ljudi" mogu biti.  mozda je bolje za nerve i zdravlje da nikad ne radis "biznis" sa nasim opet.  savjet:  ako od sad radis sa nekim sto ima vise vrijednosti u gelu za kosu neko na saving accountu, vjerovatno nije dobro sa njim raditi.

I was actually 205 in that pic and I am not quite 5-9.

The Exorcist is my favorite movie of all time, so of course I have read that novel and Legion, which Exorcist III was based on.

Milos can answer about arms, but for me working them on their own day helped a lot.
