I don't keep a running tab on it.

I would tend to think the best powerlifters are in the 5'6 - 5'10 range though....

You start getting past that and it's all arms and legs which works against power lifts.

Some genetic types have more fast twitch vs. slow twitch muscle fiber.

I don’t think short bodybuilder cannot own good proportion. I’m 160 cm talks but weight is 220 lb. my chests is over 50 inches. When I walk on the street wearing tank top, catch all the attentions.
