L-Glutamine keep you up?

Took it at 10pm last night.....couldnt sleep till 1am. Is it just me?

Actually, I think it might have the same effect on me!  I don't always take it at night, but I've noticed that when I do, I don't sleep worth a crap...  I've always taken it first thing in the morning though, maybe my body sees it as a signal that it's time to wake up!  Don't know...  I just don't take it at night anymore.

I guess it goes to prove that there is a wide variation in how different people react to supplements and training.  There is no "one size fits all" in bodybuilding.
