in relation to truegrits post, no one can deny the changes that take place when women use drugs, but cindy and britt are kind of in the middle, if not towards the lesser side of the changes. i was actually surprised at how normal they looked, apart from the gallon of water and massive quads (which is somewhat attractive)

Cindy and Britt are both young and attractive and they've been blessed with great off-season glutes and quads. 

Cindy turned pro this year and Britt's just a year away, so with the addition of Nadia Nardi and Kristy Hawkins, I like where women's pro bodybuilding is heading.

they dont call them wonderbras for nothing. i like looking at old school pics. gives u history of how far back people were doing the things that we are now. the basics of training have survived for over about 100 years
