You keep yourself too lean. Too much pulling or something. Try gaining some weight and size and regain some self-respect. I am carrying a bit of safety fat. Nothing to get alarmed about. I might continue my experiment this year and see how I go. My muscles still respond to hypertrophy training which amazes me.
LOL. My self-respect is not tied into my body weight. Don't be so shallow Vince. I had a medical examination and according to my BMI I am considered over weight. But anybody that looks at me knows I'm not overweight. Nor do I look underweight. Anybody that looks at you knows you are fat. I'm sure it's nothing to be alarmed about. You look like most people your age. It's normal.
Now here is why people don't take you seriously and mock you. You make all these claims about being a muscle hypertrophy expert and have protocols that are far more optimal than what is practiced today. Yet you have never provided any proof. Never have you produced a single person, including yourself, with any appreciable muscle mass. Yet this board, other boards, and the rest of the world have produced muscular marvels by those who have never heard let alone practice your theories.
You already documented and tried to prove your claim that you could exceed your Mr. Canada shape at your age. You failed. You claim injury. That's fine. But all your obstacles stems from just being old. A condition you claim has no effect on a person's capacity to gain muscle.
Right now you claim that you muscles are still responding to training. You even stated that you trained yesterday and feel bigger. Feeling bigger and thinking that you are responding to training simply does not comport with reality. You have not put on even a fraction of an ounce of muscle since yesterday and your muscles are not responding to training. There is a huge disconnect between your perception and reality and everyone -- EVERYONE -- sees it except for you. This is why they mock you. And it does trouble me somewhat that someone with your history and background gets mocked by people who have not accomplished or experienced anywhere near what you have. But I believe it is self-induced. I don't understand why you do this but it is not my self-respect you should be concerned about.
