Its actually fairly hard to get 1 DUI. I read somewhere that you can drive from NY to LA under the influence and your percentage of not getting caught is greater. They forget the seatbelt, they are using windscreen wiper although it's not raining, they don't notice a tire is destroyed so they are rolling on the rim etc etc. But the number one stuff to spot drunken ppl is they are driving with window open and smoking a cigarette when the weather is cold.
