First off, thanks for all your posts on growth and aas, etc, etc. I actually believe you're a pro but in the end it doesn't actually matter since you've been posting pretty solid info and that's all that counts.

I was just wondering your opinion on something. I'm 22 now and from the age of 16-now i've gone from 140ish to 205 at the same or less bf% (9-11ish) and i've recently gotten my diet and training in check for the most part. Anyways, i'm hoping to do a cycle once i hit about 225lbs which is actually still quite skinny for my height but at that weight i should be about the same size as that daddywaddy guy.

Anyways, I'm sure with an extra few years of training i could probably get to about 245 without using gear but i'd probably be about 26 by that time and to be frank i'm getting kinda frustrated.

I was curious as to what your thoughts are before you reached your "genetic potential". I figure at 225 i'll be about 80-90% of what i can reach without the sauce, so will it really make that much of a difference to spend another 2-3 years training naturally just to get that last 10-20 lbs when i can get more than that if i in 15 weeks (including pct) if i just bite the bullet and hit the needle.

Do you feel you maxed out genetically when you started?

if you trained naturally from age 16 and youre now 22 you are ready for hormones. you can wait few more years but that will only push back your bodybuilding dreams because as of today in the npc,,unless it is local show,,you wont find natural. natural is dead. even at the local usa county shows many of the guys are on heavy use (and im not talkin about the clenbuterol,,t3,,gh that every figure girl will fuck for)

so in general,,if competition is your goal,,,the sooner you go on the better you will be,,as long! as you have good foundation on you..and that means couple years in the gym doing the basic weight lifting/powelifting movements.  A SOLID FOUNDATION IS A MUST and there are many ways to achieve that solid foundation. with out it you wont get far in bodybuilding,,its like building a house floor by floor,,you gotta put in the first floor naturally otherwize it will be poof and gone the moment you cant get a hold of hormones for few months.

about your question wether i felt maxed out when i started,,,um the answer is i dont know,,i probably could have gone on 2 more years but for what? for another 3lb a year? . i been training good 4 years before i started using hormones and i started using them so
1. i can step on stage and do damage
2. i can stand next to 5'2 200lb woman and not only look good but also look and actually be bigger than her.
3. i can make money off bodybuilding

those were my 3 personal goals when started years ago,, and all were achieved.

tall enough for you to need your open toe 3 inch heel shoes when doing it stading ;) :D


when youre bigger than fat girls you know you are getting somewhere,,,200lb 5'10 bodybuilder will still be smaller than 5'2 200lb woman,,260...wont

dead lifts,,,squats,,,dead lifts,,squats,,barbell curls/dumbell curls,,,dead lifts,,,squats,,shoulder press,,,dead lifts,,squats,,chin ups/pull downs,,,dead lifts,,,squats,,,tbar rows/dumbell rows,,,dead lifts,,squats,,bench press/incline bench press,,dead lifts,,,squats,,,tricep work of your choice as long as its heavy and strict or as close to strict as possible if super heavy weight,,,dead lifts,,,squats.

calf work of your choice,,ab work of your choice,,,dead lifts,,,squats,,,,

after few years when you have foundation dialed in you can start playing with exercises and be more lazy since you know your body well and know what it takes to get to where you need to be wether its by leg press or squats ,,,,dead lifts or good mornings,,,,it wont matter much when you got the foundation dialed in and the drugs in the mail/gym bag/fridge

Well, in the latter case i presume the weight shouldn't be too high, otherwise the fun may lack, and not too low, or you might end up in jail.

In the first case, i'd say, if you're a beginner, my plann might look like this:

dead lifts,,,,,,,,,,,,dead lifts,,,,,,,,,,dead,lifts.......dead,,,,lifts,,,,,,,,,dead,lifts,,,,,,,,,,
