shit...................t hat's nothing..........I did all that and, solved world hunger in my spare time. While searching for the lost City Of Altantis in my boredom, I created diversions for the poor people of Africa to take their minds off of things like, Ebola and, aids. I created things like basketball, football and, baseball. Which of course they later brought to America as a gift for being enslaved for centuries before.

What's yer best squat, dead and bench?

Squated with two 110 pound Latina's sitting on my face. Dead? No they were very lively. Bench was 4 tits for 4000 reps.

Real numbers won't compare to the claims here.

My Favorite are rowing exercise for my back.

Bent-over-Barbell  440 X 5
one-arm-dumbell-row 220 X 10
one-arm row on hammer-Strength-machine, 330 X 8, also hammer-strength one arm pulldown with 7  x 20 kg (44`s) plates for 6 reps.

2 Days ago i did a strange thing in my chest workout. On the incline press (smith machine) i used a weight
of 110 kg (242 lbs) and did 72 reps (or are that sets ?), in the manner that i did 1 rep and after this
replace the weight and rest for 6-12 seconds (6 in the beginning, 12 at the end) than did the next one, and so on...until i reached faillure at rep No. 72 (my max on the incline is around 390 lbs). I used this workout to give my tendons & ligaments less stress, but train the muscles with another stimulus it was not used too.
