I once side lateraled a 65lb dumbell for 1 perfect rep.

I can do 5 perfect reps. 8)
just push some weight!

Just for that, I'm gonna start working on getting up to 6 perfect reps, and I'll get back to u when i do. I can do 45lbs laterals for 6 nice reps, and 2 pause reps now.

close grip bench press 215lbs for 4 sets of 6-8, i have never maxed out on any of my lifts...that just seems like the most impressive thing i do throughout the week though.
