holy lord that's a big boy. i hardly care if he gets his legs up to par, i'm too worried about seeing his shape get spoiled in the pursuit of more mass on his lower half.

the only knock back there has ever been about Zack is that he needs another 3-4" on his quads because hes so big in the upper body. His quads used to be a joke in regards to HIS physique, but hes bringing them up very well and if he nails his conditioning look out.

actually arnie had 58 inch chest didnt he?...and 23 inch arms?.. (both 57 and 22 as well as 58 and 23 are the numbers often bandied around...and we're talking contest condition too!)
