Zack is a cool guy, i remember speaking to him at Dorians Temple gym after the British Finals. He knows what he needs to do to really make an impact.

That's what is so hard about being a tall bodybuilder. Imagine coming in at that bodyweight Mike, 255lbs on stage!

Zack's onstage weight is my offseason weight! (well pretty close im 275 lbs right now)

He came fourth at the UKBFF championships a few weeks ago - he got utterly robbed in my opinion.

What was your off season weight before you dieted down for the show? Were you 275lbs before?
