Thats probably why he didnt step on stage, didnt deem it to be worth his efforts.

While he had great genetics for putting on lean tissue, no-one said he had good shape or full muscle bellies or perfect attachments.
Like everyone he had flaws(just less), a blocky waist and lats not as low as Yates'.
I dont know what conditioning he nailed for shows, but imagine a ripped, massive Richards.

One of the freakiest dudes I have seen in the flesh. He used to workout at Golds Gym Agoura Hills while I worked there back in the late eighties. Hella strong, and looking like a HeMan doll. Very quiet, and kept to himself. Only Kaz and Ronnie are as impressive as him in the flesh.

Saw him at the O this year, he's pretty short.......about 5'7 or so.

Just looks like your average "big guy" at the gym, but nothing spectacular.

In my opinion, this doesnt show which race is the best at bodybuilding
It only shows who the best built man was on a specific day on a specific ifbb stage

Ronnie at the 99 british grand prix
Gunther at the 2002 SOS
etc

Also a group of men can never represent a whole race
for every ronnie or sergio, there's a beetlejuice and gary coleman
and to assume the whole white race has the potential to look like Arnold is stupid

BTW the man with the most genetic gifts is Sergio Oliva no doubt
He is the most complete bodybuilder EVER
no lacking body parts
his only flaws can be associated with his era:
smaller legs (everyone had smaller legs in the 60s 70s)
conditioning (not anywhere close to todays drugs and he was still on par with his peers)
drugs were also primitive

i agree to about sergio. he had everything going for him, not many apparent weaknesses physically. if somatotyping is credible then sergio was/is the closest to a pure mesomorph i have ever seen.
