Once again, if MD decides to not renew someone's contract, that is their right. According to what I see, MD will pay Lee until the end of the contract, then he is free to persue other interests. Each year, competitors are brought into various magazines and others leave. Such is the world of business. It is the same with supplement contracts. 

There are many competitors who are going through negotiations each year, with supplement companies, with magazines, and other related companies.  So why get on MD's and Steve's case for completing their contract, and giving someone at least 30+ days notice on the non-renewal. 

Lee has options, and he will exercise them when he is ready, and it looks like he already has with another magazine.

100% correct.  But the reason they didn't resign Lee was becasue Manion told Bleckman he is welcome back at the Olympia as long as he dumps Lee.  They did the deal at the North American.  Front row hand shaking and allot fo palm pressing.  No MD at this years Olympia.  Lee is gone MD is back in the Olympia next year.  Typical way of doing business for the IFBB.

I think Lee would be a champ to know personally.  That being said he's sort of the type of guy who says stupid things and over reacts at times.  I think most people are cool with that and make exceptions but he blew his stack a little early on this contract situation and I'm sure he knows that.  I wish people would get off his nuts and stop telling him he's fighting the good fight.  In this particular case he's not, he's just acting childish. 

Hopefully his real friends give him the truth, not this "don't worry lee ur awsom, omg give me attention" nonsense.

Lee your best bet is to go back to the IFBB with you tail between your legs, or kick your racing into high gear cut the juice and lose some weight so your car will go faster - cause you pretty much talked your way outta what was a very promising bbing career and fresh off an IFBB win earlier this year too.
