I started your routine i seen you do usual reps are 12 and sets are from 6-8 so i started that i did my chest and back so far. and today i did 1000 crunches gonna start with a 1000 a day then go up to 2000.
i'm 24 been training for about 8 yrs. natural no juice for me. i tried all kinds of diffeent routines and saw yours looks a lil different so i'll try it out forawhile and see how it does.
a question i had did you do any powerlifitng movements like heavy deadlifts. for overall bodypower i know you said you can get quite strong doing the routine you do but wanted to knwo if sometimes you bring the reps down some like 6-10 reps.. also did you always follow this type of routine or did you do different routines throughout your life.
your physique looked greatwhen you were and and looks incredible fo rbeing in you r60's.
