Not sure if it would be called a pyramid in the true sense of the word. Saying I lift heavy means little. All that matters is that you break down the muscle thru some kind of resistance. When guys go on and on about they need to throw around these huge weights to get big I drives me nuts. What eventually happens is that you see these guys tearing things left and right as they get older.
I'll bet you that if you did Serge's workout correctly and then had your blood work done to measure your CK levels they would be pretty damn high. Give you an example. One of my best friends was telling me about his new job and that he had to get bloodwork done. I warned him that he needed to stop lifting for about a week so his blood work would come back normal, mainly his CK levels. ) did a giant set leg workout with Milos THE DAY BEFORE HIS BLOOD WORK!! Fast forward a couple of weeks later. Doc calls him at work cause they think hes gonna die because his CK levels are in the thousands. Normal is about 250.
Now, we all know that Milo's guy all train like pussies with real light weights.

If anyone out there thinks that my buddy did not stimulate growth then they need to quit lifting and find another hobby like posting on Getbig or something.
