Mr getbig 4 ... I actually am very excited because after years of heavy benching and having a weak chest I finally found something that make's it grow .In the past I used to bench up to 180kg x 3 reps and had a very small chest Here's my current chest workout , which is stimulating my chest much much better 6 sets x 12 reps incline chest flies w/ 10 kg dumbells 8 sets x 12 reps incline bench press w/ 50 kg and wide grip 6 sets x 12 reps flat bench dumbell flies w/ 8-10 kg dumbells6 sets x 12 reps flat bench press w/ 55 kg and wide grip4 sets x 12 reps sitting hammer press w/ small weight 15 second pause between sets, 1 min pause between exercisesstrech the chest at the end ...I swear to GOD this is the absolute most effective workout I have EVER done for my chest in the last 18 years in a gym .
