I thought you were going to pose ...sorry...I realize how age affects the body however I still apreciate a well developed body even at 70 ....

are you going to step on stage and pose again ?

Hey Serge, out of curiousity is there any pictures of you doing a regular two arm front double bicep pose? In my memory I have never seen a picture of you doing that particular pose?

Yes but I have to look for new motivations to go to the gym...Let say now it's because I am writing my book so I have to be in good shape as the title is "70 YEARS YOUNG" so I don't want to be look wrong.

This is what made Ben Weider scared to let Serge Nubret enter the 1975 Mr. Olympia. Serge simply would have been the clear winner. So, 12 days before the Olympia Ben saw this and was scared shitless. He told Serge he couldn't enter because he was in movies partially nude.  ::) So, Serge quit preparing because he wouldn't be able to compete... THEN, when it was time for the show, Ben informed Serge that he could, in fact, compete (!). Serge, being a man of character, still competed despite not preparing for the last 12 days.

INCREDIBLE SERGE, YOU WOULD HAVE WON AND THIS IS THE BEST, MOST AESTHETIC PHYSIQUE ACHIEVED IN THE HISTORY OF BODYBUILDING!  ;)
