Squat = 250 lbs. (Done with proper powerlifting form, knee wraps on, no squat suit.  I currently squat 165 to 185 lbs. for multiple reps...still proper powerlifting form, minus the knee wraps.)
Bench = 120 lbs. (I'm stronger with bench now but don't max out anymore.)
Leg press = 585 lbs. for multiple reps  (I just did 495 lbs. for sets of 15 on Saturday.)

I weigh 115 lbs. in the off season right now but have done these lifts at a weight of 110 lbs. and less.

I am sure Jennifer is very strong.  I really hope she switches over to bodybuilding.  She could do very well and not have to take anything to gain that success.  She should do Team U with me!!!  That would be fun!

And thank you, PB!  I am enjoying getting back to the heavy lifting.  I was holding back in my training for figure, but now I feel like a whole world has opened up to me...an old world actually.  Strength training is my specialty.

we're about the same omaha! I'm 5'8, 173. not benching that much yet though. I can get 60's (db) on flat for reps, my bar work is so-so (155) for reps- never tried to max out. I can press 1080 for 10 and squat 315 for 8. Just started curling with 35's. did a partial dead lift 315 for 3 reps.

Bench- rarely do it flat - 135 for 6
Squats-320 for 3 last year...this year I have been slowly working back up and only doing reps...275 for 6 on Monday
Leg Press- Hard to say since all machines are different but 9 plates on each side for reps
Deadlifts- 225 for reps

Holy sh@t Buff you are strong.  And Jodi you are too!!  I will be doing a natty bbing show in May and see how it goes to see if I will feel comfortable on an NPC stage.
